VERO developed the Detail Design and Construction level documentation to enable the contractor to achieve client sign off and construct the development. Proposals included a refinement of the concept with selection of materials, finishes and layout modification to ensure a practical overview of a complex concept to ensure buildability.

Development falls within the requirements of a 2 Pearl Rating for Estidama with design and construction documents prepared to achieve and maintain the rating.

Vero provided full supervision for the landscape works during the construction phase which included overseeing the installation of all landscape elements including hard and soft landscape, swimming pools and the irrigation system.
