Vero were appointed to undertake the landscape design as part of The Dubai Mall Zabeel Expansion Project. The landscape will form the frontage to the expansion of the world’s biggest mall and will contain a series of high quality public realm spaces as well as on grade parking and pedestrian circulation.

The project was made challenging by numerous existing elements which interfaced with the site, the most challenging of which being the direct interface with Financial Centre Road and various structural components associated with the dual level road such as columns and road supports.

The landscape concept was developed to compliment the architectural design language of the building facades and support the overall contemporary character of the project as a whole.
