Design for a high end apartment development located on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The concept for the residences is a mid level development set within a semi-tropical garden offering privacy, seclusion and exclusivity for the residents.

The landscape design for the development follows an organic resort typology with an informal landscape design with interconnected pathways winding along a natural stream which appears to lead to a large infinity beach entry pool with a lounge terrace and integrated pool bar.

The ground level landscape also includes private residence gardens as well as communal facilities including tennis courts, lap pool, gym terrace, kids club/pool and an internal jogging track. The podium structure allows for deep tree and palm planting without the creation of upstand planters, this further enhances the landscape/garden concept and limits the presence of an obvious structural design.
