Vero completed the landscape design for a residential tower located on the famous Boulevard in Downtown Dubai. The tower has direct views to the Burj Khalifa and forms part of the Boulevard language with street level F&B, an elevated podium and multiple towers.

Two towers frame the development acting as ’bookends’ to the podium and maximise the views to the Burj and wider Downtown district. The architectural language is based on setbacks and staggered heights to maximise the views.

The landscape concept takes this architectural concept and interprets this as ‘cascades’. In order to maximise the views for residents the landscape within the podium comprises a series of elevated and staggered terraces and levels with the higher elevation to the center cascading towards the parapet and the edge.

A series of pools, water features and channels cascade water from the center towards the edge, framing and enclosing a series of spaces scaled for a variety of functions, from intimate seating areas to swimming pools and event lawns.
