The concept for the landscape derived from the idea of a pearl necklace, the pearls are represented by the shape and form of the landscape spaces and the necklace is represented by the high quality public realm landscape which links and connects the landscape elements. The free flowing and organic design language creates a seamless landscape which will ensure a high quality public realm environment is created.

A key feature of the landscape is a unique pier which forms a memorable journey which starts in the public realm landscape and culminates in reaching a stunning viewing deck with integrated art works and sculptural elements. The pier feature will be the first of it’s kind in the UAE and will establish the project as a key destination in the region.
