Vero were appointed by National Properties to undertake the design for a residential community development within the Motor City District of Dubai. The project comprises 2 separate phases, both containing villa units, apartment blocks, community club house facilities and associated retail buildings.

The landscape design scope included the entry and gateway feature, internal streetscape and public realm as well as the parks and open spaces. The connective park/open space which flows through the center of the development includes picnic areas, event lawns and play areas orientated at three main age ranges as well as sports facilities and ‘hang out’ areas for older children and teens.

A jogging route is provided to the perimeter of the development with connection to the parks and club house. The landscape design is informal and organic, its language an interpretation of the surrounding desert.
