Vero developed the concept design for a new public park as a catalyst for a proposed business hub in the City. The highway infrastructure has been completed along with the allocation of the development plots.

The master developer runs a successful restaurant within the city and plans to locate a second cafe/restaurant within the park to act as a focal point and ‘attractor’ to local investors. A number of plots are already sold and in the process of development.

The park provides a much needed community resource within a stunning setting at the confluence of the Blue and White Niles and will ultimately become the major public park for the planned Al Mogran CBD.
