The central courtyards within the protected environment of each residential cluster provide facilities for the residents with a common ground plane public realm design treatment between each ‘city’ to visually connect each zone and pedestrianise the space.

Green infrastructure is seen as paramount to the overall masterplan and a series of high quality spaces are connected by a series of green corridors.
