The Jeddah Waterfront project is a retail scheme set within a unique waterfront location in the heart of Jeddah. The project takes inspiration from the stunning Hajazi Architectural style which is commonly seen throughout old Jeddah.

The landscape areas consist of a series of narrow retail boulevards which lead into central plaza spaces between the retail and F&B units. This reflects the traditional urban planning methods used within the historical areas of Jeddah where Hajazi Architecture is prominent.

The landscape was thoughtfully designed as to respect the cultural factors which influenced the overall concept and ensure that a memorable retail experience was created.
