Design for a five star beach frontage hotel in Dubai for the Edition brand, the hotel is located in the premium lifestyle setting of Jumeirah Beach Residences.

The landscape inspiration derived from the textures and lines from the traditional weaving done in the region of Al Sadu. The design is made up of linear forms, visual contrast, simple geometry and repeating patterns.

The patterns are interpreted into the layout and form of the ground and the spatial arrangement, with the finer lines producing the finer linear patters of the design itself. The hotel has a large pool divided for different uses, pool cabanas and seating, bar and shisha lounges and access to the beach.

The hotel external spaces were designed to include lush planting as to create a tropical environment and ensure the hotel landscape areas provide a unique and high quality experience for all guests.
